In 2013, our capabilities were recognised, leading to our acquisition by Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd, a globally leading real estate consultancy company. Despite this, we have since regained our independence to provide greater flexibility.

Raymond Ler is the co-founder of Halcyon Real Estate Pte. Ltd. With over two decades of experience, Raymond’s commitment to excellence, coupled with his easy-going demeanour, Raymond has significantly contributed to our firm’s success and esteemed reputation, especially amongst peers.
Professional Background
Raymond is an alumnus of Knight Frank, and was with the Residential department for 13 years, accumulating his wealth of knowledge pertaining to residential sales, leasing, marketing and tenant representation, before co-founding Halcyon Real Estate. Raymond later joined JLL due to acquisition of Halcyon Real Estate in 2013, and List Sotheby’s International Realty, before re-joining Juliann Teo to set up Halcyon Real Estate again in 2019. In 1997, during a time which it was not mandatory, Raymond obtained his certification via Common Examinations for House Agents, which was once a prestigious credential in the industry but is no longer offered. This certification highlights his long-standing expertise and commitment to professional development in real estate.
